Beirman Furniture is a locally-owned commercial office furniture dealer based at 1234 Demo Street, Urbandale, IA 50322, serving businesses throughout Iowa.

We make every effort to keep the information on this website accurate and current, including product descriptions, images and availability. Product finishes, dimensions and specifications are set by the manufacturer and may change without notice. Images are shown for illustration and may vary from the item supplied.

Quotes, proposals and space plans are provided as follows:

• Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to manufacturer pricing and availability at the time of order
• An order is confirmed once you accept the quote in writing and any required deposit is received
• Lead times given are estimates supplied by the manufacturer and are not guaranteed
• Custom, made-to-order and special-finish items may not be cancellable once production has begun

Prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes and any freight or installation charges unless stated otherwise on the quote. Payment terms are set out on your quote or invoice. Public sector and cooperative contract pricing is applied where it is available for your organisation.

We deliver, assemble and install throughout Iowa. You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the delivery site, along with a clear and ready space for installation. Additional charges may apply where access is restricted, where site conditions delay the work, or where a delivery has to be rescheduled at short notice.

Commercial furniture is largely built to order, so returns and cancellations are handled case by case and may be subject to manufacturer restocking or cancellation charges. Products are covered by the warranty offered by their manufacturer; we will support you in making any warranty claim. Please inspect items on delivery and report any damage or shortage to us promptly.

Our ergonomic reports, space plans and design recommendations are provided to help you make a decision about your workspace. They are advisory and are not a substitute for medical, engineering, architectural or code-compliance advice.

The content on this website, including text, layouts, drawings, space plans and images, belongs to Beirman Furniture or its suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Beirman Furniture is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from delays caused by manufacturers, carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
